A member of Boone Power may request an audience before the Board of Directors at any regularly scheduled board meeting, upon a few conditions. For further information regarding member access to board meetings, please review Policy No. 116-R2.

January 2026 Board Meeting

Governance actions approved – Minutes, employee policy updates, and 2025 inventory adjustments were reviewed and approved.


Key updates shared with Board – Cybersecurity training, CEO succession planning, and Project Domino communications were presented.


Routine business completed – WVPA appointments confirmed, legal/financial/safety reports received, and meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.

  • Governance & compliance actions approved – The Board approved the December 17, 2025 meeting minutes, adopted minor employee policy updates recommended by the Policy & Bylaws Committee, and accepted the 2025 physical inventory report and related adjustments.

  • Key organizational updates and training completed – Directors participated in cybersecurity training focused on governance, risk management, and board responsibilities, and received updates on CEO succession planning and upcoming Project Domino communications.

  • Board elections, assignments, and routine reports reviewed – The Board confirmed WVPA representation roles for 2026, reviewed director election eligibility procedures, received legal and financial updates, and accepted the monthly financial and safety reports before adjourning the meeting at 12:05 p.m.
