NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE CHANGE IN BOUNDARY LINES
Boone County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Boone Power”) and Duke Energy Indiana, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and hereby give notice that on November 21, 2025, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Boone Power and Duke Energy Indiana associated with an area north of County Road 200 South and west of County Road 650 East, located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map N-15 in Boone County, Worth Township, Indiana; and also associated with an area east of Shelbourne Road, between West 151st Street and West 156th Street located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map O-15 in Hamilton County, Washington Township, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.

DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Boone Rural Electric
Membership Corporation (“Boone Power”) hereby give notice that on September 22, 2025,
a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to
modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Boone Power associated
with a subdivision development located along the west side of U.S. State Road 421, just
north of County Rd E. 200 S. in Zionsville, Indiana, located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map N-15
in Boone County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
