Utility poles are essential components of Boone Power’s electric distribution system. They support the overhead power lines that deliver electricity to homes, businesses, and farms throughout the cooperative’s service area. Over time, utility poles must be replaced for reliability and safety. Boone Power keeps a list of members interested in obtaining used utility poles.

You must be a current Boone Power member to receive used poles, and the location at which you’d like the pole(s) delivered must be within Boone Power's service area. Please note, this is not on a first-come, first-served basis, as we deliver poles based on proximity to the replacement location. Additionally, we cannot remove used poles that have been requested once they are delivered.
