Boone Power offers flexible payment options including SmartHub, auto draft, pay by phone, mail, or in person. 

Members can view bills, track usage, and make payments online. 

Assistance programs and budget billing are also available to help manage monthly costs efficiently.

Budget Billing

Boone Power wants to make it easy for you to pay your bill. As a local electric cooperative, our goal is to ensure the process is as easy as possible for our members. Budget billing makes it easier for Boone Power members to plan their monthly energy payments. This program is available to all residential members, provided you have and maintain good payment history, and that your account has a zero balance at the time of application. You can find out if you’re eligible by logging into your SmartHub account.
