Pay By Mail

If you would like to pay your bill by mail, we ask you to please send payment along with your bill stub to the address on your bill.

Billing & Payment Policies

The following policies apply to our traditional billing process, where we send you a billing statement for electricity used during the previous month. For specific policies related to other billing options (such as Prepaid Billing and Budget Billing) please review the Billing Options section below.

Billing Options

With our traditional billing process, you'll receive a bill in the mail for electricity you used during the previous month. For example, the bill that we mail you in the month of July is for all electricity usage throughout the month of June. If you're intersted in a different type of billing, please review our available options below.

Budget Billing

We offer a variable budget billing program. The amount due readjusts monthly based on the previous 12 months of electricity consumption. Budget billing can help you manage your monthly expenses.

Time-of-Use

We're offering a time-of-use pilot, running from Aug. 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. This rate option reflects the fact that the price of electricity varies depending on the time of day and overall demand for electricity.

Net Metering

If you have a distributed generation resource, such as solar panels, at your home, be sure to review our net metering information so you get credited on your monthly billing statements for any energy you produce.
