New Parking and Entrance Instructions During Construction
As we move forward with the construction of our new facility, we want to ensure a smooth experience for our members. Starting February 17, 2025, there will be important changes to how you access our property. Please review the details below carefully, and refer to the video, pictures, and map provided for visual guidance.

The dropbox can be accessed via the driveway on the south side of our office building. The driveway is marked with signage for the entrance and drop box.
All visitors are now required to park in the designated temporary parking lot, which is marked on the map at the end. This area is located on the southside of our office building. Spots are marked with “Customer Parking” signage.

Our temporary reception desk is just inside two sets of doors.
- To enter the building, you’ll go through two sets of doors. Upon entering the building, please ring the doorbell located at the reception desk for assistance. A member of our team will be on their way to assist you. We appreciate your patience as we make our way to the desk.
- Important: Do not leave any payments unattended at the temporary desk inside the building. If you’re bringing a payment, please ring the doorbell to ensure it is received or use the outside dropbox. See map and additional photo below for more information.
New Payment Dropbox
We’ve installed a new secure payment dropbox (pictured here) for your convenience.
The dropbox is located along the driveway on the south side of the office building and is marked on the map.
Our previous drive-thru dropbox will be inaccesible during construction.
