As of Nov. 2, Boone Power's customer service team will relocate to a mobile office, just north of D-Patrick Ford on Indianapolis Avenue in Lebanon.
The temporary location will remain in place until further notice, while work progresses on the new Boone Power administration building and surrounding parking areas.
Boone Power's office hours, beginning Nov. 2, will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The mobile office space provides a place to continue serving members in person, including having conversations with our team and making bill payments, during construction. Members who wish to visit us in person should use the ramp and ring the doorbell to alert our customer service team.
We will continue to have a secure dropbox for payments. It is located near the mobile office.
We appreciate our members' patience and understanding as we work to build a new facility that will better serve our membership for years to come.
