Stop Service requests should be completed via SmartHub, our member-facing account management tool. Use the button below to log into SmartHub on the web. After logging in, look for Contact Us in the menu on the left side of your screen. Choose Report An Issue and then Stop Service as the reason for inquiry.
If you prefer to use the SmartHub mobile app, click on More in the main menu at the bottom of the home screen, then choose Contact Us, then Report An Issue, and select Other Issues/General Inquiry to find the Stop Service option.
To set up a SmartHub account, you'll need your account number and an email address.
