On March 5, a survey will be sent to all our members for whom we have a valid email address, with the goal of understanding what drives your satisfaction with your electric provider.
Because we are a not-for-profit cooperative owned by those we serve, every other year we invite our members to share their feedback on our service and programs.
As a result of our previous member satisfaction survey in 2024, we set corporate goals for 1.) maintaining our strong record of reliability, 2.) communicating about our efforts to maintain a fair and reasonable rate structure, and 3.) making it easier for our members to interact with us.
The survey will come to your inbox from “SMARI Research.” We expect it to take 7-10 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for taking the time to participate and provide your feedback.
